Facility Rental Fee

Must purchase food package with rental of facility.

Damage deposit is required.

Full payment of facility fee is required to reserve date.  

This fee is non-refundable.

Payment in full is required 30 days prior to event.

Items Included with Rental of Facility:

• 10 tables
• 50 chairs (not white wooden chairs)
• Decorations and plants that are on the premises
• Pergola

Glassware, silverware, and stemware can be used for an additional charge.

• Tablecloths = $13/each
• White wooden chairs = $2.00 each
• Overlays = $4/each
• Silver cake stand (round or square) = $25
• Torches (20) = $100
• Carving Station = $25/each
• Chocolate Fountain (small & large) = $40 & $75
• Punch Bowl = $25 
• Globes = $50
• Stand (for globes) = $25
• Easel = $25
• Tables = $7
• White Trees = $10/each
• Tent (20x40) = $400
• Solar Lights = $25
